Diffuse it: Put 5 to 7 drops in a room diffuser to help with respiratory problems, feelings of anxiety, exhaustion, insomnia and boost feelings of courage. Bath: Run a warm bath, dilute 4 to 6 drops of Giger essential oil with our Jardins D’EDEN Jojoba oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 20 minutes to relieve tired achy muscles. Steam inhalation: Add 2 to 3 drops of Ginger Essential Oil to a bowl of hot water and inhale the steam.
