Directions: Diffuser Blend: Add 6-8 drops of Lemon to your diffuser to create an uplifting and refreshing atmosphere. It is also helpful for relieving the symptoms of coughs and colds. Massage Blend: Add up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. This can be helpful for clearing congestion in the body. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin.
